Notes from the Garden & Hives
September Update
September arrives with full baskets and busy days. We’ve harvested this season’s honey and are carefully bottling it up, while also supporting our bees as they begin preparing for the long winter ahead—feeding them, treating for mites, and cheering them on as they work. The garden continues to overflow, so our days are filled with preserving and putting up the bounty for the colder months to come.
This month also marks the start of birthday season in our family, which means quick weekend trips to opposite ends of the country to see kids and grandkids—precious time that restores our hearts and spirits. Behind the scenes, holiday and Christmas product planning has already begun, and we’re excited to share new creations with you as we also prepare for a few in-person events.
Life doesn’t seem to slow down, but September is always a reminder of the quiet beauty in change. As plants die back and leaves turn, we’re reminded that endings can be just as beautiful as beginnings. 🍂✨
